Proximatic turns event notes, people and available times into a roster you can use. It works for event crews, clubs, tournaments, volunteer programs, classes and community groups.
Give Proximatic the event, people list, shift ideas, teams, availability and supported rules in one message. It can prepare the setup and roster, then help publish, email assigned people and manage attendance signs. You review changes and approve the actions. Billing stays in the web app; participants still confirm their own signup and attendance.
